What's up friends?

What's up friends? Hope you're all having the greatest week! This week was super good! It's finally warm and sunny here in Vancouver and I could not be happier!

HIGHLIGHTS
  • SUNSHINE: Like I said earlier it has been SO SUNNY! Anyone who knows me knows that I love the sun. It has been so good to be outside and the work is so fun when it's warm outside, especially now that I'm in the city again. There are always people out and about and they're so much happier! Tuesday was about 90⁰ and I even got some good sun on my arms and face. Trying to soak up all the sun because it won't last long!
  • SNOWCONES: While we were out walking this week these boys asked if we wanted snowcones! Of course we said yes! They were the sweetest kids and really made our day!
  • EXCHANGES: I went on exchanges with Sister Sonognini this week! She's literally amazing! We had so much fun and worked super hard! It's so fun that we still get to serve around each other!
  • INTERVIEWS: We already had interviews with President Mann! It was my last interview with him which is so sad. It was such a good interview though! He gave me such good advice and I have so many good takeaways to work on! I love the Mann's and feel so blessed to have them as my mission leaders! They leave the end of this month and I'm so sad! But I'm excited to get to know and learn from the Pulsiphers!
LOWLIGHTS
  • START OVER: This week we kind of started over with our teaching pool. We delayed teaching most of our friends so we have been doing a lot of finding but that's okay! We are so excited to see what miracles come our way!
SPIRITUAL THOUGHT:
Recently we have been sharing with members 3 Nephi 12:14-16:
"14 Verily, verily, I say unto you, I give unto you to be the light of this people. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid. 15 Behold, do men light a candle and put it under a bushel? Nay, but on a candlestick, and it giveth light to all that are in the house; 16 Therefore let your light so shine before this people, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven."
Each and every one of us has the light of Christ! We all receive it when we come to earth. God invites us all the share that, even if it is in simple ways. I invite you all to think of ways that you can let your light shine and do that this week!

Love you all and I'm thankful for your support! Have the bestest week ever!
