whipped cream dollop dodge

 Hello hello! This week was SO GOOD! I just LOVE missionary work and there is genuinely no place I would rather be! 

HIGHLIGHTS:

• TAMI: Tami is AMAZING! She is literally so prepared for the gospel and loves learning so much! We had 2 lessons with her this week and she is progressing so quickly! We have found her a best friend member She will hopefully have a baptismal date this week so keep her in your prayers! 
• CHURCH: Church was so so good this week! Elder Treadway from the area 70 came to speak and he was unreal! He only spoke for about 7 minutes at the end of sacrament meeting but it was so powerful! I will talk more about that in my spiritual thought. Tami also came to church and Elder Treadway introduced himself to her and talked to her for a while! She loved church and it was such a perfect first time for her! 
• SUNNY DAYS: For 2 days this week it was the most perfect weather ever! It was about 70⁰ and SO SUNNY! Anyone who knows me knows how much I love the sun and I did not realize how much I missed it! Sister Morgan and I walked everywhere that day! We walked around the town we live in and then drove to the next town over, parked our car, and walked for close to 3 hours! It was so perfect and made me so happy! 
• COURTNEY LANE: Found the cutest road in Montesano called Courtney Lane and got way too excited. 
• EMLC: EMLC was this week so I got to see so many friends! It was so good! We learned some new ways to improve our friends' church attendance and talked a lot about Easter! Lots of good info and so so fun to see my best friends!
• SMITH'S LIBRARY: The Smith's have the most amazing library in their house. Shout out mom you would love it! I don't like to read, like at all, but their library makes me want to read. Don't worry I made sure to include a picture. 
• EXCHANGES: Went on exchanges with Sister Vaka and Sister Jenkins this week and saw so many miracles! Also they are just the cutest and I love them so much! 
• PRICE'S: Went to the Price's for dinner for Sister Price's birthday! Had the yummiest dinner ever! Then we played the whipped cream game where you have it on your hand and hit it up in the air to catch in your mouth. Well none of us knew what it was called, still don't so if you know please tell me, but Brother Price decided it's the "whipped cream dollop dodge". He is so funny! I love them! 

LOWLIGHTS:

• STORM THAT NEVER CAME: This week everyone warned us about a major storm coming in. There was predicted to be tornadoes, golf-ball-size hail, and crazy rain. Well unfortunately it was just another rainy day. I was super disappointed because I really wanted to experience a tornado. Also NO ONE wanted to talk this night because they were all expecting a crazy storm...

SPIRITUAL THOUGHT:

My spiritual thought today comes from Elder Treadway at church. He talked about coming all the way to Christ. He said that "the answer to everything is Christ". Why would we not give everything and come all the way to Him? Christ is all that we need, He just asks us to come to Him! I invite you all to give up whatever you need to to be able to come all the way to Him!
