Clueless in Washington X2! 🥳😬

Hey hey hey!!! This week was great!!! Got some exciting news this morning so you'll have to read the email to see!

HIGHLIGHTS:
  • TEMPLE RENDERING! This week they put out the rendering for the new temple in Vancouver! It's so pretty and we are so excited for the people here! We also got to drive past the site where the temple will be built and its going to be perfect! It's basically a cute little forest right now so it'll be a long time to make room for the temple but it will be amazing when it's finished! I'm excited to come back when the temple is done!
  • STAKE CONFERENCE! This week we had stake conference! I loved it so much! We got to sit with all the missionaries which was so fun and the talks were amazing! They talked a lot about how amazing of a gift repentance is and how it's so needed for all of us! It was such a great two hours and I learned so much!
  • SUNSHINE! This week was SO SUNNY! I feel like I've said this every week but I'm trying to soak it all in before rainy season! It starts raining next week and will rain til about June so I will take as much sunshine as I can get! Unfortunately the sunshine made for the hottest week ever of high 90s and low 100s all week but it was worth it to get some Vitamin D!
  • 2 MONTHS! This week I hit 2 months as a missionary! Time has flown by! I can't believe it's already been 2 months!
  • TRANSFER NEWS! Okay so time for my crazy news! Anyone who knows missions knows that training lasts 12 weeks! Well since there are so many missionaries coming in this transfer, some of us don't get full training, and I'm one of them! I will be getting a new missionary to train on Wednesday and I'm excited! I'll be white wash training which is honestly super stressful but it'll be good! I'm really getting thrown into the deep end! It's going to be crazy! We are going to be super clueless together but it will be good! I'm basically training myself and another person which feels like a lot of pressure but I'm super excited! I don't know what area I will be in but I do know my zone and I'm so happy because Sister Larsen will still be my sister training leader and I'll still see her all the time! Such a blessing!

LOWLIGHTS:
  • GOODBYES! Because I'm white wash training, today is my last day with my zone! I have to say goodbye to them all and I am so sad! They are all just amazing and have made such an amazing impact on me! They are some of the best missionaries and I love them all so much! Hopefully I'll still see them all around because they are the best!

SPIRITUAL THOUGHT:
This week I was reading in Mosiah 24 and verse 12 stood out to me!

"And Alma and his people did not raise their voices to the Lord their God, but did pour out their hearts to him; and he did know the thoughts of their hearts."

God knows all of our thoughts and feelings but He still asks that we pour our hearts out to Him! He listens to every single prayer and will answer every single prayer! I know that He knows us better than we even know ourselves and is super aware of all of us!

I love you all SO MUCH! Your support and love means the world! Please reach out! It's so exciting to get emails from everyone I love! Have the best week!
