Longview is wild🤯

 What's up friends!? It's only been a couple days since the last email so this will be short! 

HIGHLIGHTS:

• FOURTH: The fourth was so fun this year! We spent the whole day with our ward share elders and it was so fun! We went to the parade around the lake and walked around the festival at Lake Sacajawea! Later we played spikeball at the Kalama boardwalk and it was so so fun! I loved it so much! Then we had a barbecue with the zone and we all had a blast together! 
• CHURCH: Church this week was so good! There were so many good testimonies! So many talked about how the gospel is for everyone no matter who you are! And this ward is just so good! It feels so much like a family even on my first Sunday here! I couldn't ask for anything better! 
• CHRIS: Our friend Chris attended a baptism this week and it was perfect. He loved it so much and the spirit was so strong. He unfortunately couldn't make it to church so pray for him! 

LOWLIGHTS:

• CRAZY CRAZY: Longview is CRAZY! I have learned to be really aware of my surroundings and really aware of the spirit because there's some crazy things here but I LOVE it! Everyday is an adventure! 

SPIRITUAL THOUGHT:

This week I read the talk "Days Never to Be Forgotten" by Elder Stevenson and it was such a good talk. It made me realize how much of a blessing each day is. I have really been working on living in the present and I have experienced so much joy being in the moment and recognizing God's hand in every day! God is truly so good!
