President found me in a closet

What's up my friends!? This week was so crazy busy and it's the end of transfer 7 which is CRAZY!!!

HIGHLIGHTS:
  • MLC: We had a second MLC this week and it was so fun! It was the last time I'll see Sister Larsen until I'm home because she goes home this week! It was so sad but I'm so thankful to know her and be her friend! I love all the missionaries in this mission! MLC is so fun because I get to see all of my friends!
  • 2X INTERVIEWS: We had interviews for 2 full days in a row this week! I was SO tired by the end! At one point I thought it would be fun to see if I could fit in the closet...turns out I could. While I was in the closet I heard everyone saying "oh hi President! don't look in that closet". I definitely thought it was a joke so I opened the door and it was most definitely not a joke and President was in there. He asked me in my interview if I needed to be interviewed from the closet and it was so funny! I love interview days! We get to see every missionary in our zone and give them each a training so it's super fun!
  • TEMPLE + TAMI: We got to take Tami to do baptisms at the temple! BEST DAY EVER! She didn't do the baptisms but she witnessed and did confirmations. Biggest miracle is that the temple was very empty at 12:00 on a Saturday! Tami has a lot of anxiety so God was definitely watching out for her. We each were able to do about 14 baptisms and it was so cool. Those people were definitely with us!
LOWLIGHTS:
  • TRANSFER NEWS: We got transfer news and I unfortunately am leaving Elma! I have spent 6 months of my mission here so I am so sad to leave! The Elma ward is my home and I'm going to miss these people so insanely much. Saying goodbye has been SO HARD! I know it's what I need though! I'm excited to see where I'll be!
SPIRITUAL THOUGHT:
This week as I've been saying goodbye to people, I've been reminded that God puts people in our path when we need them. As I've reflected, every companion has been right when I needed them, every district leader, every friend, every member, just everyone on my mission! God knew I needed to be in Elma for the people and I definitely have recognized that this week! God's plan is so great!

I love you all and hope you have the best week ever!
