"I thought you were 12!"

Hey everyone! Another transfer done here in Washington! Time flies, it's actually insane! Hope all is well at home!!!

HIGHLIGHTS:
  • 3 MONTHS: I hit 3 months this week! I can't believe it's already been 3 months! Time is seriously flying! It feels like just yesterday I was sitting in our office for 8 hours straight in home mtc. Being a missionary is the best!
  • SERVICE: This week we got to do sooo much service! We pulled weeds for an inactive member twice this week and got to do a big service project as a zone! We cut down trees for 3 hours and just goofed around with all the missionaries and the young women's group who was there!!! I love getting to help people out and especially love it when I get to do it with other missionaries too!
  • PETTING ZOO: We met these people this week who had a mini petting zoo in their front yard. They were very much not interested but they let us go pet and play with their animals! It was super random but so fun! They had pigs and goats and ponies and a donkey and it was so much fun! The pigs were my favorite!
  • SISTER MAY: We got to take out one of our service missionaries, Sister May, this week! She is literally so cute and we loved getting to spend some time with her! She's awesome!
  • TIM & LISA: Tim and Lisa are continuing to grow and progress! They love the church and are pushing towards baptism! They are having a couple of setbacks and are struggling with some things so please keep them all in your prayers this week!
  • TRANSFERS: Transfers are tomorrow! I will be staying in Whipple Creek with Sister Jacobson for the next 7 weeks! But sadly we are moving apartments so we won't be living with the other sisters anymore! It will be a bigger apartment but will be so lonely!
  • TITLE EXPLANATION: While out finding this week, someone asked how old we were. When we said we were 19 he said "wow! I thought you were 12!" It was absolutely hilarious and made us laugh so hard. We always get told we look younger than we are, but we've never gotten 12 hahah!

LOWLIGHTS:
  • WEATHER: It's actually starting to get cold now. This upcoming week we are supposed to truly start rainy season and it's going to rain every single day. I'm most definitely not ready for that but hopefully it won't be as bad as I'm expecting!
  • STOP TEACHING: this week we stopped teaching a lot of our potentials and friends. We haven't been able to get in contact with any of them lately so it's been rough. We know miracles will come from it so hopefully we see some this week!

SPIRITUAL THOUGHT:

This week I read Elder Kearon's talk from this conference and I love that he said "we are each a cherished favorite". God doesn't love one of us more than the other. No matter who we are, we are all completely loved by God. Don't forget how much God loves you!

Have an amazing week! Keep reaching out, it's the best to hear from you all! Love you!
